Support interactions (email and similar channels).
It does not cover third-party sites or services we don’t control.
Summary (TL;DR)
We don’t sell your personal data.
Our apps run locally by default; many features work entirely offline.
If an app offers analytics, it is opt-in, anonymous, and never includes personal data or your creative content (e.g., no color values from your designs).
We collect only what we need to operate our sites/apps and support you.
Information we collect
1. Website visits
What: Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) and essential cookies necessary for site operation.
Why: Security, reliability, and to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., page popularity).
How: Via our hosting provider (e.g., Squarespace or equivalent). We don’t run ad trackers.
2. Apps
Default behavior: Our apps typically operate without collecting personal data or sending your content to our servers.
Optional analytics (if available in the app):
Opt-in only. Disabled by default.
Anonymous usage signals (e.g., which feature was tapped) to help improve the product.
No personal data, no identifiers, and no user content (e.g., no color values) are sent.
You can opt out at any time in the app’s settings.
Crash/diagnostics: Not collected by default. If you choose to send logs for troubleshooting, we’ll use them only to investigate the issue.
See the App Addenda below for each product’s specifics.
3. Support communications
What: The information you send us (e.g., name, email, message content, attachments/logs you choose to share).
Why: To respond, troubleshoot, and improve our apps.
Retention: We keep these records as long as needed to support you and comply with legal obligations.
How we use information

Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:
Service providers (e.g., hosting, error reporting) who process data on our behalf under contracts that protect your information.
App platforms (e.g., Apple’s App Store / TestFlight) as required for distribution and updates.
Legal compliance when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete information you’ve shared (see Your choices & rights).

Our websites and apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
Our services are operated in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
